Plan utilizes the superset concept to increase efficiency.  Total Body each session.  Big Strength and Big pumps.  Great Plan to utilize when you want to take a break from the barbell. Dumbbell STRENGTH part one was such a huge success, and customer feedback has been begging for a second addition. Well, we made this one even better by adding eight more sessions than the original. Great way to utilize this plan is to train it three days per week and you will have a great eight week program.
